The purpose of my website is two-fold. First, this is a web presence for my work as an educational consultant. I have had the opportunity to do a few projects for a couple of universities, and I would love to continue doing more work to assist colleges and universities think about their academic and student affairs departments, programs and services. Secondly, I plan to occasionally comment on issues of importance to me. These include issues around self-care, student success, JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion), and environmental issues (I am a soil scientist in addition to being a higher education leader!).
